Default b20v headgasket

ok i have a stock 99-01 jdm b20b block with a stock b16 head... and i need a headgasket but im not going with the oem because of the thickness (.030) i wanna go with something a little thicker because of piston to valve clearance should i go with .050 or is that too much? i wanna get the cometic 84mm .040... is it worth losing the compression to have the insurance that a valve wont hit a piston????

I believe that you will need to look to "Mr Gasket" for an 84mm headgasket made exactly for that application.

btw, i got your IM.....i don't use live msg services, but can correspond through email if you have more detailed questions:
