Default Quick ?, Engine Block Code on 88-91 1.5 Civic

What's the block code on the 1.5 Sohc 88-91 Civics. I believe they're dpfi motors.

I'm looking to replace a head on a D15b7 motor (93 Civic Dx MPFI), and a junkyard told me that the 88-91 Civic head will work on that motor. I was skeptical, is this true?

D15b1 and d15b2 are dual port • Dx and std

D15B6 is mpfi • hf

Great, thanks. Anyone know if any of these heads will directly bolt up to a D15b7 block with no modifications?

im preety sure the 88-91 heads will all fit ...yes they are dpfi but thats just the intake manifold thats different , just throw your d15b7 intake manifold on it .... but a hf has 8 valves so you wouldnt want that ..... all others are preety mutch identical to your d15b7 ....

Makes sense, I knew the im would have to be swapped cause of the injectors. Can anyone verify these heads work or has done the swap? TIA
