Default Crank Problem

Big problem or easy fix?
after taking my car up the road i heard a knock grinding sound so i immediately turned it off. i check the t belt and nothing seemed wrong. so i turned it back on and the crank pulley was all over the place. the bolt is still there and tight so i towed it home.
i get the crank pulley bolt off and there is no key (job not done by me) and the inside hole of the crank pulley is ground down (none of the little ribs were there) immediatley im pissed and go grab my other pulley. i slide it on the crank end and theres a semi decent amount of play. this lead me to the conclusion that the crank end was also shaved less than a 16th making the crank pulley wobble and not be center. no that you know the facts the question is.

is there anything i can do to take up the slack on the inside hole of the crank pulley goin on the crank w/o changing the entire crank?

probly not, that isnt going to throw it off balance at least a little. you could maybe take it out and have a machine shop fix it if its not to far off

the real problem isnt taking up the slack. if its not much really anything could be used to "shim" it. but i would worry about it being out of balance

well i worked on t a lil bit today...threw a brand new timing belt washer between the oil pump gear and the crank pulley...put the key on and then the pulley on it didnt feel like there was a lot of slack (previously there was no washer between the pulley and pump gear) i didnt get to tighten the bolt down yet (dont have the right 1/2 inch socket) but i think it'll be fine
FYI: the b20b crank bolt, the washer that is around the bolt is thicker and also bigger in diameter than a ls...picked one up from the dealer...so i think it will help even more if the washer is bigger in diameter
