help!!!! with eg6 foglights

i need help installing eg6 foglights. where are the spots where im supose to cut. i tried searching nothing there

If you take off the bumper their should be guide lines on where to cut. I did it on mine and you can clearly see where they are. the bumper has to be completly off the car.
