h23 help ASAP!!

h23 help ASAP!!

What is the most you can have a sleeved h23 bored, and what would that make the engine... i know a guy who has a h22 bored to almost a 2.4 ltr, what is the largest bore i can go if i plan to run a lot of boost, and what would that make my enigne????
