i just need to know what this nipple is attached too, its circled and its gold u can barely see it but if u could look at ur car, its easy and see if anything is attached to it like a vaccum hose
my car idles weird(fluctuates rpm when in neutral) and when i put my finger over the nipple hole car stalls its got vaccum so is it left like that or where does the hose come from



and heres another plug by that hose that is not attached so if anyone can tell me what its for and where it attaches too it will be much help like i said its on a 96 civic ex vtec
