Default Exedy stage 1 problem? Or normal?

Alright i recently bought a car, it has a exedy stage 1 clutch and a 7LB flywheel, on a b16A2 engine with a Y59 ( i believe LS tranny)

when downshifting, if i release the clutch slowly so there isnt much jerking when downshifting, theres a very noticable vibration throughout the chassis, nothing noticable in the clutch pedal itself, just vibration in the chassis.

Also, when driving slow, say 20 mph in 2nd gear going down a short road, once you get down to a certain speed, the car jerks really hard as if the clutch pedal was in and was trying to be released while TAPPING the gas, as if i was starting out and the clutch was fully released but i was still tapping the gas, just a very very hard jerking... its almost like the clutch is sticking sort of? the pedal is fine, releases and engages perfectly fine but i have no clue what the other problems culd be...

any help is appreciated, i was thinking maybe the flywheel needs to be resurfaced but i have no clue.

thanks in advanc..

Probably not the clutch.
