what is this battery terminal fuse holder??
Here's the quick story of the car in general, then a pic of my question.
91 DX 4-door. Kid told me his uncle was fixing it for him but was takin too long so he wanted to get rid of it.
Distributor was wedged in at an angle 180-degrees backwards. I switched it around. Has visibly new distributor, cap, and rotor.
Timing belt is fine, mechanical timing is correct.
For some reason there is no spark at all, even though the wire harness has power on it.
Anyways, on the + battery cable there is a 2-fuse holder attached that connects into the main engine harness just below the battery. The 88 4-door and 90 hatch I have fixed didn't have this so anybody know what it is?
here's a pic:

Also, fuel pump works - I drained the tank and put new gas in which you can smell out the tailpipe after cranking the motor.
If you have anything I can inspect as far as the no-spark problem or if you know what this fuse holder is for plz help

I read people saying to check the main relay near the fuse block, check your connections at the distributor, and check fuses in the fuse block.
and that extra set of fuses at the battery can't you follow the cable? it seems like they extend behind the battery, maybe it's for foglights? just a random thing I could think of for such an OEM look to that connector.
EDIT:
@Pooper, to me it looks like the connector on a Honda fit.

It runs down behind the battery into the OEM harness. Like between the battery and the air filter box.
cuteboi ty - I'll pull the main relay and try resoldering all the joints. Cross your fingers for me plz
*EDIT*
here is a pic of where the 2 wires enter the rest of the harness:

Fuse holder has 2 30-amp fuses in it.

Any luck today on that thing?</TD></TR></TABLE>
They got it - power seat belt thingies.
No luck getting it started. I had vAutozone test the two coils and both igniters.
Coils were both mid-spec, the igniter I thought was bad indeed was, other one is just peachy. The guy suggested that possibly the coil pickup sensor was bad but neither he or I know how to test it.
I'm gonna resolder all the joints on the main relay now.
Thanks again guys for clarifying the seat belt fuse thingy.
