Default coolant hose

What is the name/part# of this hose after doing some matience i noticed a small coolant leak, i want to replace it asap. I searched wth no luck thanx

Its hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like a heater hose... Either way, just disconnect it, and take it into Pep Boys or Autozone and just have them cut you some new hose of the same length... Very easy to fix...

Oh, and when you pull it off you will lose a lot of your coolant, so maybe get a gallong of that as well.

I know how it is.
I just replaced that same hose (if its the one I think it is) 2 weeks ago... Did it in the parking lot of Pep Boys... Just let the motor cool for 20-30 mins before doing it, and be prepared to make a mess on the ground. It isn't hard though. You might need to really work at getting that hose off, as rubber hoses mate to surfaces after a few years, and can be a total PITA to remove... A flathead screwdriver would help to pry the hose off of the nipple after the clamp is removed...

Can you not get away with chopping the hose by about an inch to get rid of the damaged area

then shove the hose back on.

There might be enough "slack" in it so that its still long enough to chop and re-use.

once u remove a rubber hose buy a new one if funds are avalible, they expand and contract wth all the heat and pressure on them but good idea thanx
