obd2 distributor w/ obd2b wiring harness *HELP* tach output sensor questions
i have a 99 civic ex sohc vtec and im swapping in a b16a4 motor... the shop said it was a direct drop in but it wasnt. really.. the wiring was different,
ive been given help from other users b4 about using my stock ex harness for the b-series distributor.. i have a couple questions...
where am i suppose to connect the extra blue wire from the distributor (tach output) to?.
the motor doesnt have a crankshaft position sensor so is that safe to run? (im running a si p2t obd2b ecu)
people said i can run the blue wire to another wire thats around the driver side shock tower.. can any1 post some pics on where that is?...
also there are 3 extra plugs left empty on my harness...
there isnt a 2nd plug for my vtec on my b16 motor
there isnt a plug on my fuel rail on my b16 motor
there isnt a crankshaft sensor on my b16 motor
if you can help... please do.. thanks
