quick question: what alternators can i use from other honda/acura vehicles that will be a direct fit for an 03 civic ex (EM2)? the oem is 70 amps and idk if the accord's slightly larger alt will benefit much for an large audio system.

 

try to search for alternators, i found a couple posts about them. I have not found anything about honda/acura swaps but there are a couple about aftermarket

I replaced mine with an aftermarket one from alterstart.com. it is a 165 amp and runs my system just fine. The lights dont dim or anything when it hits.
