VX wheels...what thickness spacers do i need on my 94 Si?? SEARCHED! please help

VX wheels...what thickness spacers do i need on my 94 Si?? SEARCHED! please help
i searched 
but could only find replies to Hx wheel question.. i have a Canadian 1994 Civic Si coupe, no ABS. recently picked up 13" VX wheels for it. Rears fit fine, but the front brake calipers hit.. i already grinded my caliper and it doesnt want to fit.. maybe grind it down more? but i also heard i could go with spacers.. my problem is i dont know what size spacers i should use???? 5mm 10mm or 15mm.. maybe diff sizes if they make them? ANY info would be appreciated.. THANKS!
