resealing pcv valve

Default resealing pcv valve

Anyone know how i can reseal my pcv valve located on the top of the valve cover? its a h22 in an eg, i putted it out on accident . thanks any hel;p aprriciated.

should not "reseal" The valve should be sitting in a rubber seal that holds it in the valve cover

yeah when i try to set the rubber seal in the valve cover and then try to put the pvc valve in the rubber seal always falls in. is this easiest to do with the valve cover off?

i know i need a new one i guess what im asking is how the best way to put it back in is, so the rubber is holding it in like it was.

Spit on it then just slid it on in... it will be a tight fit, but just wiggle it so the rubber does not fall off inside.
