Default Grounding ECU causes Main relay to cycle off intermittently

I have recently developed a problem with my P72 Ecu. When mounted in the stock location with the case touching the body my main relay will randomly cycle off for a second car will not stall bu does studder. I have checked all grounds and wires, opened up the ecu case and looked for anything touching inside but found nothing there either. ECU is running on ostrich emulator if that makes a difference.

No Problems when ECU case is not touching body.

Default

FYI: I have verified that it is the main relay, cyling off both by listening and can be felt click when touched. Car just stumbles then resumes as normal.
