I have an adjustable obx b series cam.
I read that people add just one onto the intake side and adjust it to about 2*.
I have a 91 ef si with b16a.
Since i got it for free and its brand new. Is it worth it?

First of all, there is no such thing as an adjustable cam, but you may have an adjustable cam gear.
BTW, I heard that changing cam timing blindly with no way of tuning your engine makes mad power.

To the OP if you would like to use your new cam gear do yourself a favor set it at zero and take it somewere to get tuned they will adjust accordingly(ususally not to usefull with the stock cams and no other upgrades through out) read up on cam gears..cam timing and learn a little of what your asking
