wheels spin when car is jacked up, with engine running

Default wheels spin when car is jacked up, with engine running

when i had my car jacked up the other day working on it, i started the engine to check something and noticed when the engine was running that the front wheels spin. does this mean that the clutch is out of adjustment? if so which way do i have to adjust the know thingy?
