Default breaking in Toda A's

How long does it take to break them in and what kind of assembly lube should I use if any?

.....we used mobil 1 5w30 on my cams at assembly and no break-in is required.

Just make sure you use some 1k or 2k grit sandpaper on the journals so they're nice and smooth before installing.....
