Which spring rate for Ground Control
Which spring rate is good? I dont want any understeer or over steer. And I want it kinda stiff bc I will be road racing/ auto crossing. Any suggestions?

You might want to try again, only next time:

1. Remember to include any information relevant to your question - e.g., the vehicle you are working with (year, make, model, doors, trim level), your budget, the purpose for which you use your car, and/or your motivation for modification.
2. More background information almost always helps. For example: What suspension products have you had experience with in the past? If you're having a problem, when does it occur and what symptoms are evident?

5. Use the search function before asking any question. It is easy to use, thorough, and powerful. Here are some examples of topics that have been asked and answered here countless times:
- reputable suspension product brands
- rear disc brake conversions
- suggested spring rates
- sway bar mounting
- coilovers vs. lowering springs
- compatible suspension parts among models

A good DC2 combination with Ground Control has always been 400# Front and 500# rear.
The car will point quickly, but it will not point so quickly that you will have a tough time unless you do something positively idiotic. It will also be stiff enough that you'll have fun w/out having to invest in swaybars right away.
I'd suggest Bilstein over Koni, because 500# is kind of pushing it for a standard Koni Yellow. If you have to have adjustability for whatever reason, then I'd suggest KYB over Koni.
Koni are great for some applications, but their reputation comes from the high end units. The regular retail Koni Yellow are kind of maxed out at 500#.
