I Have A 2000 Honda Civic EX. I Have A 2000 SI ECU Would I Be Able To Use It On My SOHC With Out Any Problem. Thank You.

i guess you could but the 2000 si ecu but thats for a dohc vtec motor. you have a sohc vtec motor, so it might not be as fuel efficient as you like.

ive used sohc ecu's on dohc motors but i havent tried the other way around.

No, purchase the right ECU for you car -- either on eBay or Honda-Tech Marketplace -- are good places to start.
