Is it possible to run a 98+ bumper on my 95 teg with my stock headlights? Can you change the headlights with the bumper already installed? Any pics??

 

you need the 98 headlights, or you will have a gap wider then a used *****.
( gap between the headlights and bumper)

 

You can run the 98/01 front bumper w/ the 94/97 headlights, but it's going to look like ***. It will look alright from a distance, but once you get close to it, you'll see gaps where the bumper comes in contact with the headlights b/c 98/01 headlights lenses are bigger.

And you cannot change the headlights without taking off the bumper...

 

Ahhh damn. A big gap (like a *****) would look better than my bumper looks right now! I hit a post about 8 months ago, and have decided its time to get fixed. But If you gotta take the bumper off to change the lights, its not worth it. I'll just buy the headlights if I can score the bumper
