can the PCV valve be seen on top of the engine bay? I'm having a hard time locating the pcv valve, there is just too many hoses and wires behind underneath the intake manifold, please help

Normally have to do it when you change your oil filter. Take off the filter and look above it. There should be a black box offset to the right. Going into the left hand side of the box there is a hose. The PCV valve itself is at the end of the hose that goes into the box. Get a LONG flat head and carefully pry it out of the box. Now get up on top and pull the hose out so you can change it. Put the new one on and push it back through the hole and into the box and your done
