$2000 OBO Pics are Up!

I am looking to trade or will sell outright my 96 Subaru Impreza Outback. It has a 2.2 boxer 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual transmission. 180,000 miles.

The good:
-All-Wheel Drive, it is awesome in the snow/rain
-New all-season tires put on a month ago
-Power Windows/Locks
-Heat and A/C work good
-Good daily driver. I have been driving this to work for the past 3 months 40 miles a day.
-Just changed Engine oil and Tranmission/Rear differential fluid

The bad:
-Needs rear brakes and drivers side rear wheel bearing(I have the parts just not installed).
-Transmission grinds when shifting into 2nd gear when cold or when shifted fast(easily avoided if shifted properly)
-There is some rust in the back of each fender
-Shifter bushing is worn

I am looking to trade for a Honda but am open to any offer. Manual or Automatic Transmission.
