Identifying different Head's.

Ok, my question's pretty simple actually I just want to know if there's any way to identify what kind of head is on the car.

In my case I have a b20b swap and from what I was told a b16a head. Now, just for the comfort of knowing is there anyway for me to verify this?

The exhaust side will have a cast number PR3-X (where X = 1, 2, 3, or 4).
