How much to paint body kit?
I just purchased a urethane body kit whats the suggested price on painting the full kit.
I have been told 300 others 500. What a reasonable price, I dont mind paying as long as it looks correct,
color will be OEM white civic 01 sedan

front side and rear?
i charge 250 for a bumper, there's people charge way less but dont be surprise to see it chips and crack because low end job doesn;t use adehsion promotor, or even the right primer/sealer for that matter.
500 will be a good price for a full kit with chromabase/dbc stuff

i charged this local guy 400...wild crazy body kit...lots of curves...well i told him that i wouldnt do any body work besides sand and prime...turned out that i only did a little body work...spider cracks on fiberglass kit...then i did the usual prime, base, clear...i think next time i might charge 450-500 to do it...

thanks for the advice PM answered
I also heard body kits dont fit the car exactly. They have to be set bonded or even cut to make fit. Is this true?

it depends, ASM bodykit for s2k is perfect fit, it's oem fit every peice, every badge. but they runs about 3 k per panel. all the cheap **** fiberglass are man handle oversea by unskilled worker working something way below min. wage. every piece, every badge of those are different and you just cant simply say they fit or not without test fitting.
the price you pay should be somewhat of a good estimate on how much labor you will spend, a 300 dollar kit will spend 1 week in the shop fitting and bondoing. most guys dont factor in a prep needed before paint, you can have a crappy bumper filled with can of bondo before it becames anything near smooth/oem like.

I see, well i honestly was not even considering buying a body kit, until I saw a full urethane kit on ebay for 250 shipped.
I thought about it for two days, looked at other prices, ranging a min of 500 to 700. I then jumped at it. I have asked for painting a mounting prices and it is now lower then 600. I guess its true.. u have to pay to play.
