Tailights the same?

I have an 89 civic sedan and I am in need of a drivers side tail light. I found this one on ebay but it says it fits the hatch. My question is are these the same and will they fit my four door?

the civic sedan,civic hatchback and crx all have unique tailights and cannot be interchanged.
