Default Suspension Noise??

This has happened before on my 91 Civic Si..but the noise went away..and it came back recently...REALLY ANnOYING NOISE that makes everyone turn around and look at me when I pass by.. If I step on my door sill and jump up and down I hear the noise from my front left wheel area..also when I'm driving and the suspensiuon is moving up and down..I thought it could be old shocks but I ruled that out because it does it when I turn the steering wheel to both sides..BUT the noise is only around my front driver side wheel area..Is there something that needs to be lubed like the steering rack?? If it helps both times it occured I had recently handwashed my car and gosed down the inner wheel wells with really hot water....ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM??

I just bought a 90 hatch with skunk 2 suspension and i am hearing that same noise. When i turn my steering wheel from side to side,or start to drive it's like a high squeeking noise.Maybe something is loose and is rubbing? If you figure it out or if someone knows the problem lmk.

it seems this or any one of the balljoints is the likely cause of squeeks.

check to see if any boots are torn first. then just do your best to listen to find the bad one.

Sounds like a lower ball joint, I just replaced mine because of this.

90 civic si. Does the same annoying noise. It started in the middle of winter. I have brand new lower balljoints, brandnew tierods, heated springs lowerd 11/2in. So i got some PB blaster sprayed the hell out of everything under their jumped up and down rocked the car really hard side to side then got some lube out and sprayed everything really good. On my car it seemed to be the shock or upper ball joint. It went away and now the back end is starting to do it i noticed pulling out of a driveway today.
