Where's a good website where I can find some info on a good setup for hayabusa throttle bodies on a sohc and can it be done with stock internals

Anything is possible if you have the resources and knowhow. Why would you need to do internal work? all you're doing is allowing for better metering of the air/fuel mixture per cylinder.

Try homemade turbo, and a good old fashioned archived topic search. It's been covered a lot in the past using GSXR 750 throttle bodies. Should be pretty close to apples to apples.

There are homemade setups using CBR600-954 throttles and GSXR600-1300 throttles. Check out D-series.org and Onecamonly.com; quite a few guys running ITB's.

Also, I believe Honda Tuning magazine did a GSXR1000 setup on a internally stock D16Y8, and hit like ~130whp using VAFC, IIRC.
