Want to run in the 13's.

Want to put JRSC supercharger kit, stage 2 cams and ecu upgrade.

Will i run 13 sec's with these upgrades

 

Supercharger isnt a good choice for a singlecam motor. Superchargers, IMHO, are for V8's that have plenty of torque to go around.

Your best bet is to turbo it.
With the right parts, installation and tuning, you can push about 240-50 hp on a stock D-series block, which would put you in the high 13's. That sort of thing takes patience, money and lots of research into the correct parts, and tuning.
