it looks good though, but I prefer the coupe unless you're going to do a mugen rr facelift

i was gunna do that too stricly for function like when my fat *** (not really) goes to a drive thru in the rain. But my roommate reminded me of how strangers love ripping them off = waste of money in the end.

those are the mugen visors, they dont install like ventshades (sticktape) they use clips, etc. if you try to steal em theyll just break.
by the way is this the same car that someone posted about doing all the work out of his garage a few weeks back? hids, skunk2, lowering springs...... looks the same.

I know what they are. They have the vents in them and s**t, to reduce noise, and they are even uglier than normal vent visors.

They might look a little better if he had an HFP lip kit to accent the look.

And I emphasize....."a little".

They look ugly unless you have the whole JDM setup, then it really adds a final touch to the conversion.... Looks good on black, white, or red, with REALLY dark tint.

I don't think it is getting bashed. Some people just have different opinions on the visor things. Personally, I think the car looks good.

The other I will say is that the mod's look to be pretty standard. Nice, clean, but the same most everyone else has done. What I would like to see is something unque. Something no one else has done. But that is just me.

Ok...so the response...

Thanks for ALL your comments (both good and bad). It is interesting to see what everyone's opinion is on the car. As for the bashing...I totally knew that I was opening myself up to critisism when I posted the pics!! It's cool...everyone to their own I guesse

And yes...the car has been posted before but not by me...I wanted to post my own pics just to see what responses I'd get.

As far as the modifications I've made...I've only had the car since January which is why not much has been done. There are MANY more things to come...but someone's gotta pay the bills!!

I'd like some input on what I should add next...

Only in the functionality department. As far as performance it's the other way around. Two slightly different cars with different advantages.

op, the car looks good. i remember seeing a thread where i think ur friend said he installed all those parts. just those window visors.... i would've went for a standard looking one. but hey its ur car and u do waht u do. thats my rule.

personally i wouldnt have gone with a canister, especially where i live, i thnik the sound of the stock exhaust is a lot nicer then a canister. but thats imo

performance.... hmm.... ok so the coupe if faster because its lighter....

i think thats the only one advantage.....

the coupe has a ugly *** rear end (IMO) it look like a premature sperm...

and honda woudn't make the 4 door type r in japan just by accident if they allready know the the coupe body/frame wasn't gonna be as superior there 4door body...

so yeah two slighty diffrent cars...
