Default SO CONFUSED!!! Weird Noise HELP!!!

Ok seems i have a problem...

Car Specs:
95 Civic Cx
SOHC (Original Motor)
d15b8 Block d16z6 head (Mini Me) Si Trans
About 170,000 Miles on the Block
No internal Mods
I/H/E

Ok Situation is 2 nights ago... I was driving around and somehow the crank pulley Bolt Loosened..the Key pin keeping the pulley and crank sync'd slid out a little then got twisted and the pulley practically separated from the crank and knocked around for a couple secs before i turned off the engine...i get it back home and take a good look at it...
Visible Damage is twisted Pulley Pin Crank Bolt Loose and the timing belt jumped about 4 teeth...So the next day i go to honda get a new Pin and reinstall my spare pulley. After finished there i TDC the Crank and head and put the belt back on...
After all that i go for a mild test drive and everything seems great...feels good and im happy...

Now for the Problem...
Today i get in my car and begin to drive...all seems well and i hop on the freeway...All is good then i get off Its Begins to get hot then all of a sudden i hear a slight knocking noise...and the temp just rises...
So i pull over instantly and check it out...I was low on coolant and my overflow was FULL...So i fill the radiator and i try driving...Drives perfectly fine to me but still the noise...Thing is the noise only comes at low RPM like under 4k and none at all in neutral...

I drive it home on the freeway and it continues...but not getting worse or better...
I get home ok but i still cant figure it out at all...so i listen to the idle and it had a slight misfire like a quiet pop noise every once and a while..

Im so clueless right now...all i can think is maybe when the pulley incident happened it possible messed another component up like a pump on the block...
Or possibly bent a valve but would only 4 teeth off do that?
It doesn't seem to be a rod or piston because the motor still feels somewhat smooth and i currently have no smoke whatsoever from the muffler...

Lets Get some opinions out here please to i cant know where to start tomorrow...Thanks

2 teeth is enough to screw the engine over. i believe you have a bent valve for one, and two something is wrong with the water pump. do you see any leaks anywhere?
