auto cams different from manual cams?

Default auto cams different from manual cams?

can anyone confirm if the jdm h22 auto cams are the same or different then jdm manual cams? i have never bothered checking them myself, now i have a set of auto's but nothing to compare them to. thanks

If they are different in SPEC I don't think it affects performance at all. Both of my JDM H22s are from autos and still seemed to make more power than the average USDM manual H22. From what I can tell, the USDM Base/Auto/SH all use the same cams.
Something I am alomost positive about is the AUTO Throttle Body being 2mm smaller than a manual.

base/sh/auto all have slightly different specs.

its in my service manual. I'll check once I get done doing a few things.

I thought I remember hearing that but the parts numbers for the 3 are identical. I don't see why they'd do that. Honda is pretty good about universal parts compared to other cars.

USDM base auto is rated at 190 hp while the manual is rated 195. Not sure what makes the 5 hp. My guess is ECU.
