If you want to use the Integra brakes you need to swap the whole front brake conversion, including calipers, rotors, pads, etc. Yes they will bolt on and you can still use your stock axles.

everything will bolt up with no problems.
usdm/jdm civic/integra use 32mm axle shaft.
jdm itr uses 36mm axle shaft.

You cannot fit them on stock DX knuckles though, unless you customize them.
