Default Won't rev past 2500 RPM?

I have a EF hatch with a OBD-0 B16a swap, and I recently took apart the FITV because the idle was bouncing around. I put it back together and it seemed to be idling correctly (~1500 while warming up), but I realized I didn't plug the TPS back in, so I did that and now the car will not rev past 2500 RPM. I've tried unplugging the TPS and plugging it back in, but to no avail...

Anyone have any ideas?

You need to reset the ecu. Simply disconnect the battery for a minute then reconnect it.

I think youve might have a problem with your ground in your wire harness around youre ecu area. When u were mmessing with your tps did u disconnect anything from the battery terminal? Ive had this problem before and came to find that it was the ground and fixed it.
