No. You can plastic weld it if you have the tools. Or you can use bumper repair kits from SEM etc that work pretty good.

 

theres a cheap way to weld it together.. cut a small piece of a scrap bumper off then with aheat gun heat both your bumper and the scap piece up and proceed to mold the two together... after that grind it down and it should be ready for some glaze i repair holes the size of fists this way
