Its completely popping out?

Go outside and look, have someone move the wheel back forth, lower and raise the car, and look for yourself. Check to see if you put everything back together rite

How low is your car? I know it being lowered would put more stress on the actual CV from being at a different angle, but to pop out completely?

You F'ed big somewhere along the line, axles don't just "pop out".

Is there a pin that holds them in? I haven't pulled em on mine all I know is from Subaru's had a pin the holds em in.

check to see if your hubs still have the gold ring in the center most times when swap are done they remove that ring so the b series axles will seat properly but when people put single swaps back they forget about this ring so it causes axles to pop out

Are you certain you got the right axles? I replaced my driver's side axle on my RT4wd wagon and the guys at the parts store gave me the wrong one. even after I returned it saying it popped out everytime, they insisted it was the right one. Ended up getting the right one from another store.

try putting the cutter pin at the end after you tighten the 17mm bolt.
