Well I'm changing my clutch, just working on it a couple of hours a day so it'll take a week or so. Anyways, I've been looking for the Rear Engine Bracket Mount Stay, step 14. on page 13-6 of the 4g Helm's manual for about half an hour only to realize that it's missing. It's just a simple 2 bolt L bracket that connects the tranny to the rear engine mount. The only other time the clutch has been changed or the tranny serviced was one time by the original owner at the dealership, so I don't know why it would be missing. I've never noticed any shakes or vibrations or anything that could be caused by knowing that this piece is missing. I am wondering how important this piece is and how necessary it is that I find one to replace it this time. Thanks, Matt

Hmm sounds good. It looks like it's part #10 on this diagram, but they don't list it for sale on hondaautomotiveparts.com so I don't know what part # I would ask the dealership for. I checked ebay and all they have is the entire rear mount. Maybe something will pop up somewhere.
