Need help with parts for LS/VTEC build-swap
I currently have a 94 civic ex(ej1) and im looking to do an LS/VTEC build in the next month or so. I am kinda new to the ls/vtec thing. I was wondering if anyone who either knows or has done an ls/vtec buil/swap what i would all need to complete the swap. like what ecu will work? what axles will work? do i need a new wiring harness or anything? if someone could possibly let me know all the things i woul need that would be greatly appreciated. I know i would need an ls block and a b16 or 18 vtec head but what else? what tranny would work best with the ls/vtec motor?
thanks for any help you all can give me.

We make custom LSVtec oil lines that don't require a sandwich, first off.
You can use the stock LS rods/pistons, but it is recommended that you upgrade the rod bolts since they tend to stretch.
Bseries axles will work and you could use a P72 ECU if Im not mistaken. A B16 head will do and a GSR trans would suit you right... not too short and not too long.

That link goes to an Etown thread from a couple years ago.
Read this, learn by this, live by this and learn by doing this:

As for ECU:
GSR head with GSR manifold = GSR ecu
B16 head = B16 ecu
Both can do the job, but the number 1 thing you want to do is get it tuned ASAP.
