did you put the bumper cutout covers on without cutting the bumper? maybe its the pic

 

what do you mean by bumper cutout cover? my bumper is primer black.

 

on the rear bumper

 

ohh the rear bumper sorry. yea i cut it out. the plate has holes around it where the screws and bolts goes in and the bumper need to drill it out.
