i have a sony dsc-h2 6mp i know its kind of crappy but i use to have a low end sony before and the pictures came out way better than this.
Try taking some in the daylight before moving on to night shots. Have a tripod? It will help. Almost looks like a few shots are shakey. Just put it on default settings, and edit on your pc if need be!

You need a tripod.
Put it in normal or Auto mode.

Tripod is key. The reason your pictures are shaky is because the ISO setting is low, you aren't giving it enough time allow light to get in.

I'm no expert or anything but you should practice in the day time first, just to get yourself grounded. Night shots are very difficult obviously because of lighting but many other aspects involving camera settings as well. And yes get a tripod, that is key! It takes practice.. good luck. lol, I just read rodrez's column in HT mag and he said the first thing he did when he started taking pictures with a point and shoot camera was to read the manual for the camera.
