Cluster + interior lights problem...very pale light.help

Well im going to explain as best possible. I was just replacing the bulbs when I think something shorted out cuz the cluster fuse was fried. Fine I replaced it and now all my cluster lights even my ac control lights are very very dark..they barely light up. When you do this the light to the radio turns off but in day as in no lights,it stays on but as soon as I hit the switch bam light goes away. Also it seems my dimmer doesn't help at all as if it wasn't working.

Check the backup fuse in the engine bay

Just did everything is fine any other ideas? Thanx by the way. Its not the radio that goes off its the display light. And the problem with all my other lights that barely light up as if the battery was dead, but it aint. What gives?
