Anybody work at USPS San Francisco ISC?

Anybody work at USPS San Francisco ISC?
Does anybody work or knows anybody that works at the USPS San Francisco International Service Center (ISC) at 2650 So. Bayshore, Daly City, 94014?
I am expecting a package from the UK. I have the customs number. It arrived in the SF ISC on February 22, but hasn't left yet. I emailed and called USPS, and all they can tell me is to contact the sender's originating post office. I emailed the seller and he went to the post office. The only info the PO gave him was when it left the UK, on February 21.
I don't see why USPS keeps insisting on contacting the post office of origin when the package is clearly in USPS' possession. When I called USPS, the guy said this is the SF ISC, but couldn't (or didn't care to) help me.
If anybody has any connections to that service center, please contact me. I want to know if my package is on the way out or used as a fricking stool.
