Hi, folks did my research and wanted to ask you guys for more advice. Well I am from California and have a 96 civic hatchback with a obd1 ls in a obd2 car using a d16y7 engine harness. I was wondering is it possible if i can just swap out the same head to a obd2 including the the ecu and still pass emission? The reason why I am doing this is because I would love to have DOHC on my hatch but in a LEGAL WAY. I will keep updates as soon as I get more Information. Thank you
