Default b18b1- more power without bolt ons?

I have a 95 integra ls and I would appreciate any help anyone could give me about getting more power from it without adding a lot of noticeable bolt ons. I race in a class that is limited to motor only. So I thought about headwork and maybe cams but what are the estimated power gains? Thank you

basicly anything internal wont be noticeable as long as the bracket you are racing in isnt into engine break downs.

Could I get it around 180 horse with just internals and headwork, cams, intake work?

I heard that unless you dump a lot of money into that project then it is not going to be very reliable. And in that case you might as well buy a jdm gsr motor, is what ive been told.

not on an ls, to get to 180 you'll have to go turbo or vtec. like said above search. search for ls/vtec

What are you basing this off of? you can hit 180 with an LS with a good N/A setup.
