Take the oilpan off and have a look if its just the block.

what do u mean if it's just the block ? and can it be that the crank is just bent ?

Since you have the block already bare just take it apart. If you have to take the crank to a machine shop and check it

it's got the pistons in it and **** still or can i put my b20 crank in it but than i will need new rod bearings and crank bearings right

I personally wouldn't risk building an engine that has any possibility of being in jeopardy prior to starting up. Take it and get it balanced and make sure everything you put in it is up to par. While you got it out get the crank knifeedged and get some fresh sleeves in ur block

Most likely a spun rod bearing....which isnt a quick and easy fix by any means.
