Default ES or Prothane Full bushing kits any good anybody run them?

Well I have been helping my friend for the last 2 years off and one working on his show car ( Please no flames) well we put in a Prothane full kit and I like it alot he has air so I can not test it but his old ones were ripped and real FUGLY and I know I dont have air but with the hard driving I do I was thinking about the kit.

My ? is are they over kill I want to get he control arms lower upper bushings and the big one on the trailing arms. My set up is Progress competion coilovers and there 22mm rear sway bar and soon to come is kirk role bar and Spoon rear and front strut bars. What pro's and cons do I face if I install them any help would be great thanks

CHRIS

i dont know if i can help ya out there chris. we have 2 totally different cars. but heres my review of them. i got the ES poly kit on my 92 CX. the ride is good but my car came with lowered springs that were hacked also. the car rides firm but comfortable. i know that they arent near as stiff as the first gen poly kits made, they rode like rocks. id recommend them on any car if anything just for the fun factor of puttin them in. a good days work.

I ran the prothane engine inserts with my old turbo setup and they felt good, felt more stable....trying to find lower engine mounts now. Who makes them?

A buddy of mine is a dealer for ES here in Arizona so I am on the 3rd ES kit and I love them you feel more so you know what the car is doing. I have never used a Prothane kit so I have nothing to compare too.
I just got the rear trailing arm bushings and I got the Prothane Because they look easy to instal
By the way my car is a 92 cx and the rear trailing arm bushings are not instaled yet.

Energy Suspension makes lower and rear Motor mount inserts (softer)
Prothane makes upper motor mounts and rear one (Harder)
