Default D16Y8 or D16Z6 whats your pick??

i have a 97 civic ex with a D16Y8. im very happy with the motor in it, but may try to do some upgrades to it, but not sure if i should get a d16z6 for the upgrades. not sure if i wanna go with turbo, or sick with all motor build up knowing i wont get nearly as much horsepower. i was wodering what the best engine/ upgrades you guys have that are reliable and are happy with. and also trying to keep the gas mileage around 30. so let me know the set ups u guys have with or without turbos, or all motor build ups.. pics are veryyyy welcome with what you have done to it.. lets see what all you guys out there have. thanks

Look om page 88 in the Apr 08 Honda Tuning and you'll see the engine we had last year.

Here's one I have, it has the one off Golden Eagle intake. The magazine photo was with the old IM
