Default P72 Ecu with Blox Intake Manifold.....will it work?

I just recently purchased a Blox intake manifold for my GSR and I don't want to run a chipped ECU. I would rather spend the money towards an S300 eventually.

My question is: will the motor run okay even though the ecu will be looking for the secondaries and they won't be there?

Any help would be great, Thanks Guys!!

To make use of the manifold it will tuning. And you will need a "chipped ecu" for the s300.
