I remember reading about hasport building a supercharged civic si and they used kpro. Is it possible because the X Sport Tuner ? and does it take place of the factory speedometer?

Something i forgot to mention. Is the Civic hasport build was a K24 and from what i know that is also DBW. So im guessing they gave up the dash and in place of it used the X Sport tuner gauge. I want to know how they got it to work. im willing to sacrifice my dash for KPRO to work.
