Default Anyone find the autolock a PAIN to install and remove?

Ok, I purchase a Autolock Pro for my 94gsr. I can tell you right now that it is a big *** hassle just to install and remove it. When I put it on the clutch, the autolock has to be angle to the right, so the base of the autolock doesn't hit the foot rest. Plus I have to adjust it here and there and squeeze back and front just to get it to fit and lock. Took me 5 mins for that ****! It is especially a PAIN TO INSTALL at night when visibility below where the pedals are, are almost non-exsistance even with the interior light on.

Anyone have any tips on installing it nice and quick? I am able to tell you now that it is too much a pain in the *** to install. If I can't find a easier way to install it, I'll just install it only in areas I feel unsafe......

yeah its kind of a pain to put it on but then think of the possible consequence (and further waste of time/pain, etc) if you don't (your car gets jacked..by an amateur too haha).. i'd rather spend the X amount of time putting it on .. in addition to activating other anti-theft devices

than spend the 2 hours waiting for the cops to come out (no1 got hurt or died so its not a "high priority" crime) and do the police/theft report, get pissed off cuz the cops don't care and their all "yeah honda/acura's get stolen all day..day in day out", the X amount of time going down your cell phone's phone book to try and find someone that isn't busy and can come out to your location and give you a ride, figure out how your going to get to and from work 2morrow, file claim w/ insurance comp, etc...
(lolz this is personal experience.. damn the LAPD slow asses)

Are you a new owner to the Autoloc?

At first i felt the sameway about the device, but just keep using it.

Practice makes perfect!~!

If it gets stuck when you lock it wiggle the handle and turn the key.

Good Luck

Yup, just bought it a few days ago. I guess pratice makes perfect. But I'm really hating it, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. Can't just put it on and go....got to wiggle it here and there . but I did sleep better last night knowing it was there considering I parked quite a distance from my house......
