What should I set my cam gears to on my gsr?

What should I set my cam gears to on my gsr?
I got a 91 hatch with a 94 gsr swap running obd1. All it's got done to the motor is greddy header, full 2.5" exhaust, and aem cam gears, stock internals. Right now the cam gears are set to +2 on Intake cam and 0 on exhaust cam. Is there any way to set it for more bottom end/torque, without hurting the valvetrain?
